Meet the Owners
Xtreme Painting & Repair Services (XPRS) was founded by Alex and Xiomara, a team of friends who share a passion for craftsmanship, quality work, and helping homeowners transform their spaces with confidence.
Alex brings a unique blend of creativity and precision to the company. Before pursuing a career in law, he developed strong interests in architecture, graphic design, and visual composition—fields that sharpened his eye for detail, color, proportion, and aesthetics. After migrating to the United States, Alex discovered that the process of validating his legal credentials would take time. During that period, he began working in professional painting.
What initially started as an opportunity soon became a craft he genuinely enjoyed. Working directly with large and well-established painting companies, Alex developed strong professional skills and gained several years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial finishes. His background in design combined with his technical painting expertise allows him to approach each project with both artistic perspective and disciplined execution. While he still plans to continue his legal career in the future, today his full focus is on delivering exceptional results for XPRS customers.
Xiomara brings more than 20 years of engineering experience to the business, having worked in a variety of technical and customer-focused roles throughout her career. Engineering strengthened her analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. What she enjoyed most, however, was working directly with customers and helping turn their ideas into real outcomes. When Alex began discussing the idea of launching a painting company, the opportunity felt like a natural fit.
With Alex’s craftsmanship and Xiomara’s engineering mindset and operational experience, XPRS was born. Xtreme Painting & Repair Services first began serving homeowners along Florida’s Gulf Coast in Clearwater. As the company grew, we expanded operations and are now headquartered in Orlando, allowing us to serve clients across the Central Florida region—from the Gulf Coast to the Space Coast—bringing the same commitment to craftsmanship, detail, and customer care to every project.
In addition to her work with XPRS, Xiomara is also a licensed Realtor, which provides valuable perspective when working with homeowners preparing their properties for sale. Her experience in real estate helps clients understand how improvements such as interior painting, exterior painting, drywall repair, cabinet refinishing, and flooring updates can significantly improve a property's presentation and market appeal.
Since starting the company, life has brought even more reasons to celebrate. Alex and Xiomara eventually married and now share their home with two energetic standard poodles who make sure life outside of work is never boring.
The Meaning Behind the Name XTREME
The name Xtreme reflects the standard we set for ourselves on every project. For us, it represents the idea that quality work should never stop at “good enough.” It means taking the extra time to properly prepare surfaces, paying attention to the smallest details, protecting our customers’ homes, and delivering a finished result that truly elevates the space.
